Gilgamesh™ / Demand Data Co-op
Demand Data
Co-op.
A small cohort of B2B SaaS companies runs one of Gilgamesh's frameworks on partner terms, matched to their buying situation in the diagnosis. Partners get a written diagnosis, a pilot long enough to see deals close, and benchmarks against the cohort. Gilgamesh gets the outcome data that proves or corrects the framework.

What you get
- A written diagnosis in the first two weeks: buying situation, customer profile, gaps, what your tools measure.
- A framework pilot long enough to see deals close, with a go/no-go checkpoint.
- Anonymised benchmarks against the cohort at each readout.
- A quarterly roundtable with non-competing founders.
- Locked-in pricing for follow-on work, and early Gandiva.ai access.
What you give
- The monthly metrics in section 03, company-level only.
- Won and lost outcomes, with segment and reason.
- An executive sponsor, and someone who acts on alerts within 24 hours (or Gilgamesh runs that step).
- Consent to anonymised pooling across the cohort.
- Optionally, a named case study. You approve every word.

Named and defined the way the benchmark programs define them, so your cohort number reads against KeyBanc, Benchmarkit, ICONIQ, Ebsta and the rest. Where those programs disagree on a formula, the agreement fixes one and says which.

Metrics-only · the default for privacy-sensitive partners
You send the template monthly and Gilgamesh never touches your systems.
You own your raw data. Gilgamesh owns only the anonymised totals and what it learns about the framework.
Your data is never sold, shared or shown to another partner.
No benchmark is published unless at least five partners contributed to it.
If you leave, your raw data is deleted within 30 days, with written confirmation.
Any use of your data to train Gandiva.ai needs its own, separate consent. Without it, none happens.
A data processing agreement under the privacy law of your jurisdiction, reviewed by counsel.
Qualifies
- A B2B SaaS company with a buyer segment worth £10K a year or more that a person closes.
- Enough pipeline to learn from.
- A named executive sponsor.
- One company per sub-category, so no competitors share a cohort.
Success
- At the checkpoint, the framework's leading indicators are moving.
- By the readout, your main metric has moved against its baseline, or you have a clear answer that this motion does not fit, which is also a result.
- Partner terms are shared on the introductory call.
- Partners pay their own advertising and tool costs directly.
- The first step is a short fit call, then the two-week diagnosis.
